KVKK Privacy Notice

2. Personal Data Processed

This website has no form that collects personal data directly. Contact is made by email and telephone only; if you use those channels, the data you send us is processed:

Identity data: first and last name (only as far as you provide it)
Contact data: email address, telephone number
Enquiry content: the project or quotation details you share in your message
Transaction security data: anonymised usage statistics, if you have consented to analytics

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

Responding to your enquiry
Preparing quotations and conducting commercial discussions
Measuring website use anonymously (only with your explicit consent)

4. Legal Basis

Responding to your enquiry and preparing a quotation are processed under our legitimate interest pursuant to KVKK Art. 5/2-f. Analytics processing rests solely on your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 5/1; if you do not consent, it does not take place.

5. Method of Collection

Data is collected electronically through email, telephone and — where you have given explicit consent — analytics cookies in your browser.

6. Transfers

Your personal data is not shared with third parties within Türkiye. Transfer abroad arises only in the following cases:

If the analytics service is enabled and you have given explicit consent, anonymised usage data may be transferred to the provider's servers. This transfer rests on your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 9.
When the web font and map embed services are used, your browser's IP address is technically transmitted to the relevant provider.

7. Retention Period

Enquiry and quotation correspondence is retained for as long as the commercial relationship requires, and thereafter for the limitation periods set out in legislation. At the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed
To request information if it has been processed
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
To know the third parties to whom it is transferred, at home or abroad
To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
To request erasure or destruction within the conditions of Article 7 of the Law
To request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
To object to an outcome against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems
To claim compensation if you suffer loss because of unlawful processing

9. How to Apply

You may submit requests concerning your rights to info@aryasarge.com or to the postal address above, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your application will be concluded within thirty days at the latest.

10. Changes

This notice is updated when necessary. The current version is always published on this page.
